Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to join our Technology Launch team and promote technology-centric product launches at key accounts. You will educate, train, and support stakeholders to achieve their technology program goals, with a focus on ROSA system and related technologies.

Expect up to 75% travel, a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus a $50,000 incentive, and a collaborative environment that values initiative, strong communication, and professional presentation

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic sales or case coverage experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop account specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support for new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways to educate surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies.
• Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation and in-service training.
• Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases and assist with upgrades as required.
• Promote customer satisfaction through timely responses, clear communications, and professional presentation.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline

Associate’s degree with equivalent experience
