Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in the United States is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to join the Technology Launch team. You will promote and support technology centric product launches at key customer accounts, educating stakeholders on sustainable use of ROSA and related systems.

You will develop launch plans, train surgeons and staff, onboard new accounts, and partner with field service to ensure successful implementations while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, sales, marketing, or technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year in orthopedic sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans for local sustainable support of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training for ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts, perform system installations, and train staff.
• Provide in-service to implant sales colleagues and offer clinical support during enabling technology cases.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt responses and professional communication.
• Attend annual trainings as required.

What You Can Expect

The Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist is apart of our Technology Launch team and will promote and support technology centric product launches at key customer accounts. As part of the program development team, the Robotics Clinical Specialist will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders of sustainable use of technology helping customers achieve their technology program goals.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
• Partners with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation, provide in-service to relevant facility staff, train local implant sales colleagues and provideclinical supportduring enabling technology cases
• Supports advancedtechnology upgradesas required
• Responsible for key administration duties
• Promote the highest levels ofcustomer satisfactionthrough the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
• Attend annual trainings as required

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred or a combination or education and experience considered
• Minimum of 3 years ofclinical salesexperience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience preferred

Travel Expectations

• Up to 75% Travel.

Expected base salary range will be $80,000 - $120,000 USD with a $50,000 - $75,000 USD incentive pay. Range takes into consideration experience and geography.
