Job summary

Avala is seeking a results-driven robotics sales leader in San Francisco to drive growth for Fleet Learning Infrastructure. You will build pipelines, qualify complex needs, and close multi-stakeholder deals with robotics and ML teams.

Collaborate with engineering and solutions teams to articulate the value of perception data pipelines, LiDAR and sensor data, and deliver compelling demos at industry events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years selling technology solutions to robotics, automation, or adjacent tech buyers.
• Experience selling to ML/robotics engineers and engineering managers.
• Understanding of perception systems, sensor data, or ML training pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of robotics opportunities from prospecting to close.
• Navigate technical evaluation cycles with robotics engineering and ML teams.
• Present Avala's platform capabilities to technical evaluators and engineering leaders.
• Partner with solutions engineering to deliver compelling technical demonstrations.
• Develop account strategies for leading robotics companies and autonomous systems programs.
• Represent Avala at robotics industry events (ROSCon, Automate, ICRA).
