Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Service Vehicle Operator to assist AAA members on the road with services and safe driving. You will respond to calls, perform tire changes, jump starts, and towing as needed, while ensuring member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license with minimal infractions.
• Must pass drug screening, MVRO, background check, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests using a tow truck or service vehicle.
• Provide emergency roadside services: tire changes, fuel delivery, battery testing/installation, jump starts, lockouts.
• Tow disabled vehicles following DOT procedures and guidelines.
• Verify AAA membership and deliver excellent customer service.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance concerns.
• Document daily activities, service calls, and receipts.
