Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Service Vehicle Operator to respond to roadside calls, assist stranded motorists, and tow vehicles as needed. You’ll work on the road, staying active and helping members with safety and reliability.

Expect a field-based schedule, with requirements to pass pre-employment screenings, maintain a clean driving record, and participate in DOT procedures. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to pass drug screen, MVR check, background and DOT exam.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests using a tow truck or service vehicle.
• Provide emergency roadside services: tire changes, fuel delivery, battery testing/installation, jump starts, lockout, minor repairs.
• Safely tow disabled vehicles following procedures and guidelines.
• Verify AAA membership and deliver outstanding customer service.
