Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) seeks a motivated Herbicide Applicator Technician to spray rights of way, roadsides, and manage vegetation using spray trucks, ATVs, backpack sprayers, or hoses. Responsibilities include keeping equipment clean, performing DOT inspections, and receiving training on spray calibration and chemical safety.

Applicants should be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, and must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Spray right of way and roadsides; remove weeds; trim and cut grass and brush.
• Operate spray truck, ATV, backpack sprayer, or hose as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized equipment and perform DOT inspections.
