Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Roadside Event Specialist II to join our team in the United States. You will handle large-scale events, coordinate with drivers, customers and service providers, and ensure accurate estimates and billing while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes managing day-to-day operations for major events, providing timely responses, and ensuring adherence to customer instructions and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or automotive-related field.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email and in person.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of major events, including high-value repair approvals and handling serious situations such as accidents and police impounds.
• Ensure timely responses for repairs and adherence to customer instructions for equipment.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately and communicated.
• Communicate directly and effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service providers.
