Cox Automotive Fleet seeks a Roadside Event Specialist II to oversee large-scale events, maintain open event flow, and coordinate with drivers, customers, and service providers. This role emphasizes service quality, timely repairs, and accurate estimate handling.

You will use your logistics and communication skills to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic roadside environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in logistics, transportation, or automotive tech.
• Strong communication skills by phone, email and in person.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations of major events and approvals for high-dollar repairs.
• Ensure timely response to repairs and proper execution of customer instructions.
• Confirm estimates are accurate and billing is communicated to providers.
• Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
