Job summary

Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Roadside Event Specialist II to manage large-scale maintenance events and campaigns, coordinating with drivers, customers and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

You will oversee high-value repair approvals, respond promptly to repairs, and ensure accurate estimates and billing, while maintaining strong communication and customer service standards. This role offers competitive pay and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 3 years in logistics, transportation, or automotive tech
Experience with Cox Fleet or related roles preferred
Proficient in MS Office for data entry and email communication

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-dollar repair approvals and serious situations (accidents, impounds).
Ensure timely repairs and adherence to customer instructions for equipment.
Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated to service providers
