Qualifications

• 3 years of related field experience (logistics, transportation, automotive technology)
• Advanced degree or certification may substitute for some experience
• Experience with Cox Fleet preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-dollar repair approvals and serious situations.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and that customer instructions for equipment are handled promptly.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate directly and effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service providers
