Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a Roadside Event Specialist II to join our team. You will help manage large-scale events, coordinate drivers, customers and service providers, and ensure timely repairs, approvals and smooth operation of open events.

You are a strong multitasker with excellent communication, capable of handling high-priority projects, billing accuracy and proactive service, while enjoying work-life balance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years in logistics, transportation or related field.
• Advanced degree or certification may substitute experience.
• 1 year in Cox Fleet roles (Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist or Managed Care) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication via phone, email and in person.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of major events, including high-dollar repair approvals and serious incidents.
• Ensure timely repairs and adherence to customer instructions for equipment.
• Verify estimates are handled accurately and communicated clearly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed and billing is correctly handled.
