Job summary

Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Roadside Event Specialist II to manage large-scale events and campaigns, coordinating with drivers, customers, and service providers to keep repairs and approvals moving smoothly.

In this role you’ll ensure timely responses, accurate estimates, and clear communication while handling high-priority, high-value incidents with care and precision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years in logistics/transport.
• At least 1 year with Cox Fleet as Follow Up/Breakdown/Managed Care preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-dollar repair approvals and serious situations.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and that customer instructions for equipment are handled promptly.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate directly with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
