Job summary

Cox Automotive Fleet seeks a detail-oriented Roadside Event Specialist II to manage large-scale events, campaigns, and open events in Phoenix, AZ. This role coordinates with drivers, customers and providers to keep operations smooth and compliant.

You will oversee high-dollar approvals, timely repairs, accurate estimates, and consistent billing while delivering outstanding service and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field.
• At least 1 year of Cox Fleet experience in a Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist, or Managed Care role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, word processing and email.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email and in person.
• Ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations of major events, including high-value repair approvals and serious situations.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and adherence to customer instructions.
• Confirm estimates are accurate and communicated with customers and providers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Follow customer protocol at the highest level and ensure correct billing.
