Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a Roadside Event Specialist II to manage large-scale events and campaigns, ensuring smooth flow of operations and timely repairs. You will collaborate with drivers, customers, and service providers to maintain service levels and accurate billing.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and adherence to customer protocols while supporting a healthy work-life balance and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of related field experience.
• Option for advanced degree or certification in related field.
• At least 1 year in Cox Fleet as Follow Up/Breakdown or Managed Care preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and communication.
• Strong communication skills by phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-dollar repair approvals.
• Handle repairs promptly and follow customer instructions for equipment.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
