Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a Roadside Event Specialist II to support large-scale maintenance events and campaigns. You will coordinate with drivers, customers, and service providers to maintain open events and ensure efficient problem resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or automotive tech preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-cost repair approvals and handling serious incidents.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and adherence to customer instructions.
• Verify estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with the service provider.
• Follow customer protocols at the highest possible level.
