AAA-The Auto Club Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service Vehicle Operator to respond to roadside calls and assist stranded motorists. You will perform tire changes, jump starts, lockouts, and towing as needed, delivering top‑notch customer service while driving safely on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must pass drug screen, MVR, background check, and DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and ability to make decisions in the field.
• Comfortable using GPS, tablets and mobile technology.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests using a tow truck or service vehicle.
• Provide emergency roadside services including tire changes, fuel delivery, battery testing and installation, jump starts, lockout assistance, and minor repairs.
• Safely tow disabled vehicles following procedures and guidelines.
• Verify AAA membership and deliver outstanding customer service during interactions.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean and professional service vehicle.
• Utilize tablets and devices to manage calls and service records.
• Document daily activities, service calls, vehicle logs, and receipts.
