Mercy Virtual triage program seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the vAcute team, delivering patient-centered care in a 24/7 environment. Duties include ED handoffs, scheduling, and supporting care coordination across the continuum under the Medical Director's guidance.

Required are an RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, and 2–3 years of Med Surg/ED/CCU experience with BLS; additional certifications may be required per unit.

Formación

• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or complete within 30 days of hire.
• Certifications may be required based on unit: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM, and other unit-specific certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs.
• Facilitate scheduling for Mercy patients in the Intense Care Coordination program.
• Provide education and care coordination across the care continuum in the vAcute program.
• Perform nursing duties in accordance with Mercy rules, policies, and procedures.
• Support a patient-centered, collaborative environment in a 24/7 care setting.
