Mercy Virtual is seeking an RN to join the 24/7 triage team, delivering patient-centered care within the vAcute program. The role involves education, care coordination, and collaboration with the Medical Director to support patients across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Education: RN degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Active RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Experience: 2-3 years in Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• This RN role in Mercy Virtual triage provides 24/7 patient care coordination and education across the care continuum.
• Acts as a 24/7 ED handoff contact, facilitates scheduling, and supports patients in Mercy’s Intense Care Coordination program.
• Contributes to patient care in the vAcute program under Medical Director guidance, with duties varying by assigned area.
