Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Virtual triage (vAcute) program in the United States. The role involves 24/7 ED handoffs, scheduling facilitation, and supporting patients in the intensive care coordination pathway across the care continuum.

Required are RN licensure and 2-3 years in Med-Surg, ED, or Critical Care, with BLS and additional certifications as needed. A strong emphasis on education, collaboration, and compassionate virtual care will be essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and hold an active RN license.
• 2-3 years of recent Med-Surg, ED, or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and coordinate care across teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs in the vAcute program.
• Facilitate scheduling and coordinate care for patients in Mercy’s Intense Care Coordination program.
• Adhere to Mercy rules, regulations, and policies while supporting patient care.
