Mercy is seeking an RN to join the Mercy Virtual triage program (vAcute). The role supports patients across the care continuum, serving as 24/7 contact for ED handoffs and coordinating care in a patient-centered environment.

Education as an RN is required (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) with active licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure. BLS is required; additional certifications may be needed depending on unit.

Qualifications

• RN license required in hiring state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support certification required

Responsibilities

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs
• Facilitate scheduling and support patients in Mercy’s Intense Care Coordination program
• Provide education and care coordination across the care continuum
