Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to nursing staff. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Oversee and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage unit resources efficiently, including supplies, equipment, and staffing levels.
• Advocate for the best interests of patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Ohio
• Previous nursing leadership experience, such as Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• CPR certification
