Day in the Life of a Unit Manager

As a Unit Manager, you will lead your unit in delivering high-quality healthcare, communicate with residents, families, and staff, and oversee nursing operations. You will mentor staff, collaborate with medical professionals, and ensure care aligns with Cedar Haven's mission. You may also provide direct patient care to maintain skills.

Work Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday, with some off-shift hours expected.

Position Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least one year of leadership experience.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PointClickCare is a plus.
