Job summary

HEALTH & REHAB CENTER is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team as the Staff Development Coordinator. You will guide and educate the nursing staff, develop training programs, and promote a culture of excellence to ensure adherence to protocols and high-quality resident care.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will maintain training records, conduct competency assessments, and collaborate with HR to support orientation and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Strong clinical knowledge in nursing care.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse healthcare team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead training and in-service education for staff.
• Develop, coordinate, and lead new hire orientation processes.
• Promote culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.
• Conduct competency assessments and provide remedial training as needed.
• Perform other duties to support exceptional resident care.
