Job summary

Highland Ridge Rehab Center Dublin, VA is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to design and deliver training for nursing staff and improve clinical competencies. You will partner with department managers, conduct sessions and simulations, maintain training records, and support new employee orientation while staying current with regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, RN license, with experience as a nurse educator; CNE certification is a plus, and you bring strong

Qualifications

• RN license with valid nursing license.
• BSN required; Master's preferred.
• Proven nurse educator/staff development experience in healthcare.
• Strong clinical and educational background in nursing.
• Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance.
• CNE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
