Job summary

King Health and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse to join us as Staff Development Coordinator. You will lead training and in-service education for nursing staff, develop orientation programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning to enhance patient care.

As part of our team, you will maintain training records, conduct competency assessments, and support the Director of HR in achieving excellence in care and staff development across the center.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Strong clinical nursing knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse healthcare team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the center's new hire orientation process with the Director of HR.
• Develop, coordinate, and lead training and in-service education programs for staff.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all training activities and certifications.
• Conduct competency assessments and provide remedial training as needed.
• Perform other duties to ensure exceptional care for residents.
