Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an RN Quality & Training Coordinator in New Mexico. The role reviews and approves patient documentation, delivers ongoing training to licensed professionals, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

You will coach clinicians, promote high-quality care, and strengthen relationships with referral sources and families. Qualified candidates are RNs with CPR, a current license, and at least one year of Medicare home health or hospice experience.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with an active license per state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong technology skills and ability to operate mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all patient documentation during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and evaluations.
• Provide ongoing education and training to LPs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coach clinicians and promote high-quality patient care and regulatory readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff.
