Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review patient documentation from Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation visits.

You will partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN and licensed to practice in the state.
• Valid clinical license required to perform duties.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
• Previous Medicare home health or hospice experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• State driver license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Preferred packet review/Quality Improvement experience.
• Preferred coding experience.
• Basic technology skills; use of a mobile device.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.
• Reliable transportation in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation from Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to educate, train, and support LPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct coaching and in-depth training to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care, support regulatory readiness, and maintain relationships with referrals, patients, caregivers and staff.
