Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review patient documentation from Licensed Professionals at SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits. You will coach clinicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with referrals, patients, and staff.

The role emphasizes ongoing education, training delivery, and adherence to current standards of care in a home-health setting.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with a valid clinical license per state requirements.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an RN.
• Previous Medicare home health or hospice exposure preferred.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and basic tech.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs.
• Coach and train clinicians to improve competency and regulatory compliance.
• Support regulatory readiness and strengthen relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff.
