Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation visits. You will partner with branch leadership to deliver ongoing education and support to ensure regulatory compliance and current standards.

This role conducts coaching sessions to improve clinician competency, supports regulatory readiness, and maintains strong relationships with referral sources,

Qualifications

• Must be an RN (Registered Nurse) with a valid clinical license and unrestricted state credentials.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Preferred experience in Medicare home health or hospice settings.
• CPR certification maintained as required by position.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills including mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide education, training and support to LPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct coaching and training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance; promote high quality patient care and regulatory readiness.
