Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation across SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with current standards.

You will coach Licensed Professionals (LPs), partner with branch leadership, and build strong relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff to advance clinician competency and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN and hold a valid clinical license per state rules.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Preferred experience with packet review / quality improvement.
• Preferred experience with coding.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including use of a mobile device.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals (LPs) during Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, Resumption of Care (ROC), and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements and current standards.
• Conduct individual coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care, support regulatory readiness, and foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.
