Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator in Las Cruces, NM. You will review patient documentation from LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluations and partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education and support.

You will coach clinicians to improve competency, ensure regulatory readiness, and strengthen relationships with referral sources, patients, and teammates.

Qualificações

• Must be an RN with a valid clinical license.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice setting.
• CPR certification and valid state driver license.
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Preferred packet review/quality improvement experience.
• Preferred coding experience.
• Basic technology skills including mobile devices.
• Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.
• Dependable transportation and ability to drive in all weather.
• Fluent English; strong oral/written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support.
• Conduct coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care, regulatory readiness, and positive relationships with referrals, patients, and staff.
