Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in the United States seeks an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation from Licensed Professionals at Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, and Evaluation visits. You will train staff and promote regulatory readiness.

You will partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, coaching, and support to LPs, ensuring high-quality patient care and strong relationships with referral sources and families.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with valid clinical license.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Medicare home health or hospice setting experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid state driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Basic technology skills and mobility device use.
• Preferred experience with packet review/quality improvement.
• Preferred coding experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation from LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards.
• Conduct coaching and in-depth training to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Support regulatory readiness and foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers and staff.
