Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to oversee patient documentation across SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation visits, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

You will partner with branch leadership to educate LPs, coach clinicians, and drive quality improvements while maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, patients, and families.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN (Registered Nurse).
• Valid clinical license required per state rules.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver license.
• Automobile liability insurance required.
• Preferred: packet review/quality improvement experience.
• Preferred: coding experience.
• Basic technology skills including a mobile device.
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation in all weather conditions.
• Fluency in English; strong oral and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to educate, train, and support LPs to meet regulatory requirements and reflect standards and best practices.
• Conduct individual coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care, support regulatory readiness, and foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.
