Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation at SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation visits. You will partner with branch leadership to deliver ongoing education and coaching to licensed professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

The role focuses on improving clinician competency, supporting regulatory readiness, and strengthening relationships with referral sources, patients

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with a valid license.
• State requirements must be met for licensure.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Tech skills include use of a mobile device; Office suite proficiency.
• Preference for Homecare Homebase experience and packet review.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all patient documentation from LPs at SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care and regulatory readiness.
• Foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers and employees.
