Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation, partner with branch leadership, and provide ongoing clinician education. The role emphasizes regulatory readiness, quality patient care, and strong relationships with referral sources, patients, and caregivers.

Ideal candidates will have an RN license, Medicare home health or hospice experience, CPR certification, and solid technology skills.

Qualifikationen

• Must be an RN with a valid license in the state of residence.
• Minimum one year of experience in a Medicare home health or hospice setting.
• CPR certification required and maintained.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Basic technology skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and evaluations.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct individual coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
