Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review patient documentation across SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits. You will coach LPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with branch leadership to elevate clinician performance.

You will conduct targeted trainings, support readiness, and strengthen collaboration with referral sources, patients, and employees while upholding high‑quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN and hold a valid clinical license per state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• CPR certification and a valid state driver license with automobile liability insurance.
• Preferred experience with packet review, quality improvement, or coding.
• Strong technology skills including operation of a mobile device and MS Office.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and active listening in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation for SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Provide coaching and training to LPs to improve competency and compliance.
• Support regulatory readiness and foster relationships with referral sources, patients, and staff.
• Promote high-quality patient care through education and process improvement.
