Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recert, ROC, and Evaluation visits.

You will coach clinicians, deliver focused training, ensure regulatory readiness, and foster strong partnerships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff to elevate care quality.

Qualifications

• RN licenses must be current and state-specific.
• Minimum one year of experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation for SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluations.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to LPs to improve compliance.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards and best practices.
• Foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.
