Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects best practices in SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.

The role partners with branch leadership to educate and train LPs, promoting high-quality patient care and regulatory readiness while building solid relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with an active license and CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Strong documentation, coaching, and regulatory compliance skills.
• Proficient with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation for SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to Licensed Professionals and staff.
