Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator in Austin, TX. The role involves reviewing patient documentation during SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation visits, and leading training for Licensed Professionals to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

You will coach clinicians, support regulatory readiness, and build strong relationships with referrals, patients and caregivers in a collaborative home health environment.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with a valid clinical license.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto liability insurance required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation during SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation visits.
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs.
• Promote regulatory readiness and high-quality patient care.
• Foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers and staff.
