Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Houston is seeking an experienced RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation documentation from Licensed Professionals, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements.

The role provides ongoing education and in-depth coaching to clinicians, promotes high-quality patient care, and strengthens relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.

Competenze

• RN with a valid license and CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience required.
• Previous Medicare home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile tech usage.

Mansioni

• Review and approve patient documentation for SOC/Recert/ROC/Evals.
• Provide coaching and training to Licensed Professionals to improve quality and compliance.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and reflects current best practices.
• Collaborate with branch leadership, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff to maintain high standards.
