Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Fort Worth, TX seeks an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits. You will partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education and support to LPs.

The role focuses on regulatory readiness, improving clinician competency, and maintaining high-quality patient care while building relationships with referral sources, patients, and employees.

Competenze

• RN with current state license and CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice setting preferred.
• Proficient with technology and mobile devices; strong MS Office skills.

Mansioni

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluations.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards and best practices.
• Conduct coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care and foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff.
