Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation and support clinicians across SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.

You will partner with branch leadership to deliver ongoing education and coaching that improves compliance and aligns with regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes high-quality care and collaboration with referral sources and care teams.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with a valid state license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver license and vehicle insurance as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards and best practices.
• Conduct individual coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care, support regulatory readiness, and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.
