Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to lead documentation review during SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation visits. You will partner with branch leadership to educate and support Licensed Professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

The role focuses on coaching clinicians, improving competency, and fostering quality patient care while building strong relationships with referral sources and patients.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in applicable state
• CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
• Medicare home health or hospice experience preferred
• Must have valid state driver license and auto liability insurance
• Basic technology skills including MS Word/Excel
• Able to drive in all weather conditions
• English fluency with good communication and listening skills
• Preferred: packet review/quality improvement and coding experience
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation for SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluations
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards
• Conduct individual coaching and in-depth training to improve clinician competency and compliance
• Promote high-quality patient care, support regulatory readiness, and maintain relationships with referrals, patients, caregivers and staff
