You will partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing training, coaching, and support, elevating clinician performance and care quality.

Qualifications

• RN license required and CPR certification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with clinicians and leadership
• Proficiency with MS Office and mobile devices; comfortable with technology

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and evaluations
• Provide ongoing education, training, and coaching to LPs to ensure regulatory compliance and current standards
