Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an experienced RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review patient documentation from Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits. You will collaborate with branch leadership to educate and support LPs, ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards.

You will lead coaching sessions to boost clinician competency, maintain regulatory readiness, and strengthen partnerships with referral sources, patients, and families.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with a valid state license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Basic technology skills including mobile devices, Word, and Excel.
• Preferred experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Knowledge of SOC/Recertification/ROC/Evaluation processes.
• Oral and written communication skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation visits.
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs to ensure regulatory compliance and current standards.
• Conduct coaching sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance; foster relationships with referrals, patients, caregivers, and staff.
