Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to oversee patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits. The role partners with branch leadership to educate and support LPs, ensuring regulatory compliance and current best practices.

The position emphasizes coaching, clinician competency, and maintaining strong relationships with referrals, patients, caregivers, and staff to promote high-quality

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with a valid clinical license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Preferred Medicare home health or hospice setting experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and technology.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs to ensure regulatory compliance and current standards.
• Conduct coaching and training sessions to improve clinician competency and documentation quality.
• Foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees while supporting regulatory readiness.
