Rowan is reshaping ear piercing with licensed nurses delivering a safe, celebratory experience. As a Rowan Nurse, you’ll provide clinical care in a joyful setting, guiding customers through every step with confidence and care.

You’ll assist with ear evaluations, educate on aftercare, and help drive store metrics while maintaining strict sterilization and safety standards. A flexible schedule and opportunities for growth await.

Formación

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly, team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excited to create celebratory, memorable experiences for customers.
• Skilled in providing both technical and non-technical information to customers.
• Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals.
• Obsessive attention to detail.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Open to all experience levels; newly licensed nurses are welcome.
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create magical and memorable customer experiences during each piercing session.
• Ensure customer safety, comfort, and smooth flow of care.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout their experience.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan After Care.
• Conduct ear evaluations for optimal earring placement and styling advice.
• Monitor the customer experience and resolve issues to uphold clinical standards.
• Maintain a sterile, aseptic nurse station and procedure tray.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Mentor and train new nurses to uphold Rowan's standards.
