Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver safe, joyful ear-piercing experiences. You will combine clinical nursing skills with a celebratory atmosphere, ensuring safety, comfort, and memorable milestones for every guest.

As a Rowan Nurse, you’ll educate on aftercare, assist with earring placement, and maintain a sterile environment. Flexible shifts and ongoing training support your career growth in a retail setting with sales goals.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Eligible to obtain or possess a body art license/registration as per state/local laws.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly, team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excited to create celebratory, memorable experiences for customers.
• Open to all experience levels; newly licensed nurses are welcome.

Responsabilités

• Create magical, memorable customer experiences by combining clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
• Ensure customer safety and comfort and smooth flow of care.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan After Care.
• Conduct ear evaluations for optimal earring placement and offer styling advice.
• Maintain a sterile, aseptic environment at the nurse station and on the procedure tray.
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines to ensure sanitary piercing experiences.
• Support studio metrics through high-quality service and sales.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and mentor peers as needed.
