Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver safe, joyful ear-piercing experiences with clinical precision by licensed nurses. You will educate clients on aftercare, maintain sterile environments, and partner with the Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including holidays/weekends.
• Newly licensed nurses welcome; pediatrics/ear piercing training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences with clinical standards.
• Educate customers on aftercare and aftercare products.
• Maintain sterile environments at nurse stations and workspaces.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Support sales goals through high-quality service and customer education.
• Mentor and train staff as needed to uphold Rowan's standards.
• Monitor customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
