Job summary

Rowan, Inc. operates a network of ear-piercing studios that combine clinical nursing with a celebratory customer experience. Nurses perform piercings under Rowan Clinical Piercing Standards®, using hypoallergenic jewelry and strict safety protocols.

The Piercing Studio Nurse role reports to the Studio Manager and emphasizes safe, precise piercings, customer education, and a warm, unforgettable atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Experience in retail environment with sales goals is a plus.
• Newly licensed nurses are welcome and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences.
• Maintain sterile environment at nurse station and procedure tray.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan After Care.
• Monitor and improve the customer experience to meet clinical standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and station readiness.
